Magic Wand Touts 'Get to Know Your Customers' Survey Results

NAPA, Calif. — Vibratex, the sole North American distributor of the Magic Wand brand, has announced the results of a recent social media survey titled, “Get to Know Your Customers Day.”

The event, held annually on July 16, offered colleagues and followers the chance to win a Magic Wand of their choice by completing the survey, which included lighthearted, revealing questions such as, “What words or phrases do you associate with Magic Wand?” and “If Magic Wand was a celebrity, who would it be?” and “When did you first watch ‘Friends’?”

“I was just glad to see I wasn’t the only one rocking sweats,” said Nicole Rosselli, Magic Wand controller and the “guiding force” behind the brand’s social media outreach. “Shout-out to the fourth trimester, Magic Wand-loving moms out there.”

CEO Ken Herskovitz initially supported the idea for the survey “simply because it was a fun way to engage our audience.”

“But then, when I saw the responses and realized they revealed people’s deeper connection with the Magic Wand brand, it all became so much cooler,” he added. “Respondents really put some thought into what they shared.”
