LOS ANGELES — Sage Health announced opening a new testing service for adult performers.
The service, a rep explained, aims to offer “high quality and discrete VIP and Concierge testing services. Sage Health is a testing service that has experience working in the entertainment industry, understands the adult industry, and strives to ensure that the health of the talent is at the forefront of their testing services.”
Sage Health will offer testing seven days a week, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., “with a 24-hour turn-around time on all results,” the rep added.
“While Sage Health might be new to the adult industry, we are not unfamiliar with the needs of talent and studios,” said Sage Health’s Amy Phelan. “We offer all necessary tests with results in a timely manner, as well as work directly with studios or agencies to facilitate conversations on how our testing is run to best service talent, and the industry as a whole. We also plan to offer concierge services, which gives studios and agencies better options for last-minute testing.”
“The lab is located in Southern California, meaning all tests will be taken from testing sites to the lab as soon as possible,” the rep added. “An added bonus is that Sage is situated within an urgent care where all the highest medical standards are being implemented.”
The company will offer Gold Standard Panel (GSP) with swabs included, and GSP+ which will include everything from the GSP, as well as Mgen testing.
The Sage Health clinic is located at 14614 Victory Blvd. in Van Nuys, California and is slated to open on Thursday. Parking is available in the back of the building.
