Belgian Producer Dennis Black Magic Sentenced to 7 Years for Rape, CSAM

ANTWERP, Belgium — Noted Belgian adult producer and director Dennis Black Magic has been sentenced to 7 years in prison and a $4,000 fine for the rape of eight models and distribution of CSAM.

The Flemish producer dubbed by the press “the PornoKing” — also a mainstream celebrity in Belgium who appeared, often as himself, in movies and television —  was accused in 2020 by OnlyFans content creator Nanoe Vaesen (28) of pressuring her to have sex with him as part of a casting opportunity.

Vaesen alleged Black Magic told her he would help her “appear on the covers of Playboy and P magazines, and also “promised to put her in touch with a major European porn producer,” Flanders News reported.

The judicial investigation reportedly found 14 other alleged victims and also turned up alleged CSAM among Black Magic’s files.

Black Magic has several previous convictions: for statutory rape in 2008 and 2011, for inciting a minor to prostitution in 2017, and other convictions for forgery, fraud and traffic offenses.

The prosecutor in the current case had requested Black Magic’s arrest and imprisonment for five years, but the courts granted an even longer sentence on account of his criminal background.

The judge stated Black Magic “has learned nothing” from previous convictions and displayed a “far-reaching blurring of standards.”

“He sets no store by any kind of regulation,” the judge concluded before sentencing him and ordering his house arrest.

Black Magic said he intents to appeal the conviction.
