DONGGUAN, China — Dingfoo has launched an in-house production platform for pleasure products.
The fully automated, liquid silicone, over-molding production platform “includes a dust-free workshop, fully automated liquid silicone over-molding equipment, an automated painting workshop, a nano grinding workshop, and a corresponding mold workshop,” said a rep.
“With this platform, Dingfoo has patented several new technologies specifically for sex toy manufacturing, such as dual-color, two-layer over-molding, alternating dual-color liquid silicone over-molding, and dust-free and bubble-free production patented technologies,” the rep added. “Current monthly production capacity is around 1 million units.”
Dingfoo’s head of product development, Andre, enthused about the platform.
“Customers can request samples to experience the unique features of sex toys produced on the new platform,” he said. “They can also have their own products trial-produced by Dingfoo.”
