LOS ANGELES — iWantClips has announced a new contest called “#IWCCruelSummer,” which will award over $1,700 in cash prizes and run throughout July.
The contest, a rep explained, is “a perfect way to kick-off summer and get our fans and artists engaged in what we think is going to be one of the most exciting summers we’ve had in a while.”
“All iWantClips artists are invited to start the summer holidays with us by uploading their summer-themed clips and using the tag #IWCCruelSummer,” noted the rep. “Use this keyword for a chance to win one of three prizes and appear in our dedicated contest section to receive extra promotion for the entire month of July.”
“We look forward to seeing all the amazing clips,” the rep added.

The prize breakdown is $250 for third place, $500 for second, and the first place winner will earn $1,000. Winners will be revealed August 10.
