Will Pounder Stars in ‘Trust the Process’ From Pure Taboo

LAS VEGAS — Will Pounder headlines Anatomik Media’s “Trust the Process” from Pure Taboo.

The scenario is described as “a pervy twist on mainstream hits such as ‘Suspect’ and ‘Runaway Jury,'” noted a rep.

A the action opens, Sacha, the plaintiff in a jury trial, meets with her lawyer, Bill, while accompanied by her sibling, Linda (Vanna Bardot). “Both women are frustrated because the jury hasn’t reached a verdict yet,” the rep said. “Linda is confident that one particular juror, Juror 11 (Pounder), has been voting against the majority. Not only that, but he seems like a total sleazeball to her as well. Bill reminds them that they have to trust the legal process, then warns them that, despite their best efforts, they may still lose the case. Linda, refusing to let Sacha lose because of one juror’s ignorance, resolves to take matters into her own hands.”

Pounder praised his experience behind the scenes.

“This was a really good, fun scene to create and the end result is terrific,” he said. “Some nice acting in it all around — I’m proud of this one.”

Love Not War Wins 2022 Marie Claire UK Sustainability Award

LONDON — Exo-friendly sex toy brand Love Not War is celebrating its win as Best New Sustainable Brand for Sex Toys from Marie Claire U.K.’s Sustainability Awards.

“Marie Claire U.K.’s annual Sustainability Awards aims to celebrate brands, organizations and products that are genuinely implementing change and building a better tomorrow,” a rep explained. “Judge Hannah Cox picked this winner because of the ‘innovative way they’re bringing sustainability to a new market.'”

The honor is the brand’s fourth such accolade this year, including the Green Product Award and Red Dot Award.

“No one wants a secondhand sex toy, and we all know it is notoriously difficult to repair a damaged sex toy,” said co-founder and CEO Will Ranscombe. “Sex toys are becoming ever more mainstream and the sexual wellness industry is booming so it is of the utmost importance to find solutions to help make our industry greener.

“We are incredibly proud of the entire Love Not War range and everything we have been able to achieve in such a short space of time,” he continued.

“We made it our mission to become the most sustainable adult toy brand on the market and encourage others in the industry to follow suit,” Ranscombe said. “This award is not only a massive achievement for us professionally but it also acts as a great testament to our efforts in the field of sustainability. It means people see the true value in finding eco-friendly and sustainable sex toy options. People are both excited and intrigued by the prospect of a sex toy that is not only able to offer them pleasure but also takes the planet into consideration.”

A rep noted four recycled 330ml drink cans provide enough aluminum to manufacture one Love Not War toy; its latest product release, Maya, is made up of 99% recycled aluminum and requires only three Coke cans to produce.

Further, one recycled daily newspaper (approximately 120g) is enough to make the cardboard packaging and inserts for two Love Not War units (60g per unit). All of the packaging is fully compostable.

GoAskAlex Talks Compassion, Respect in New Article for SexWorkCEO

LOS ANGELES — GoAskAlex has penned a new blog post for SexWorkCEO.com titled “Leading with Compassion.”

In the article, Alex explores moral judgment, personal and professional respect as well as extending empathy in the online space.

“With so many people watching our every move online, the way we conduct ourselves has become a critical component in the longevity of our careers,” Alex shared.

Alex touched upon how people should try to avoid an immediate judgmental response when they see something they don’t like online.

“Considering our public role as influencers in the adult entertainment industry, we’ve learned that we need to be diligent with how we interact with the world. We are, after all, at the core of much social change, when we see something we don’t agree with, our first instinct is to say so. It’s important to remember how easy it is for us to be judgmental when our mistakes aren’t the ones being scrutinized. The truth is, things look different depending on which side of the keyboard we’re on,” Alex continued.

She also covers issues with calling out people over misunderstandings and mix-ups.

“We truly have no idea what anyone else is dealing with, or what experiences may have led to their behavior. Since we live in a digital world, it’s more important than ever to be diligent about how we conduct ourselves; we are all working towards our idea of success, and through that process we inevitably learn that it’s impossible to be perfect all of the time,” Alex concluded.
