Sexperts Weigh in on Anal Vibe Chess Cheating Controversy

Sexperts Weigh in on Anal Vibe Chess Cheating Controversy

SAN FRANCISCO — Pop culture news site PopSugar this week interviewed two sexperts who weighed in on the current controversy in the world of competitive chess, over a U.S. teen prodigy rumored to have cheated using some form of anal vibrating toy.

PopSugar’s Melanie Whyte spoke with academic Tara Suwinyattichaiporn, a professor of sexual communication and relationships at California State University, Fullerton, and with Holly Richmond, a certified sex therapist and clinical board member for pleasure product company Dame.

Whyte provided background on the controversy, noting that “19-year-old Grandmaster Hans Niemann was up against the world’s top chess player, Magnus Carlsen, 31, when Carlsen resigned from the prestigious Sinquefield Cup tournament after playing just one move.”

Rumors then started swirling that Carlsen believed Niemann “was relying on an accomplice to buzz vibrating anal beads to guide him into making better moves.”

Although Niemann has denied the accusation, Whyte reached out to the two sexperts to ask them if it was “even possible to use a vibrating anal sex toy for messaging purposes.”

Suwinyattichaiporn told PopSugar that while the vibrations produced by anal beads and butt plugs are typically “used to stimulate the anus for anal orgasm and prostate orgasm,” she thinks that “it’s possible to use it for messaging purpose.”

Richmond explained the basics of teledildonics to Whyte, describing sex toys that “work via a Bluetooth or WiFi connection through your phone … For partnered play, it adds a bit of novelty and even a sub/dom vibe because someone else is in control of your pleasure or you’re in control of theirs. Some couples use it in public, too, so the taboo or secretive nature can feel really sexy.”

Richmond added that if a chess player could place an accomplice “within 30 feet of the player, they could ‘buzz’ him in a certain pattern to let him know which way to make his next move.”

Whyte’s piece concluded, “While we don’t know what actually happened during the chess match, any opportunity to bring sex toys into the mainstream conversation is a fun excuse to play and discover.”

Evan Stone, Autumn South to Star in Alien Robb’s ‘Pornnado the Movie’

Evan Stone, Autumn South to Star in Alien Robb's 'Pornnado the Movie'

LOS ANGELES — Evan Stone and Autumn South will star in Alien Robb’s “Pornnado the Movie,” scheduled to be shot next year.

“Pornnado” producer and co-writer Alien Robb announced that a teaser video for the project will be filmed in New Jersey during an upcoming adult expo.

Robb said he “couldn’t be more thrilled as the project had been in development before the pandemic and had to take a hiatus while the world righted itself. With several cast members appearing at the New Jersey show later this month, the stars have aligned and the beginning of a trilogy has left the launch pad.”

Stone and South top a cast which, according to a rep, will include Indian performer Sam Singh, Codi Vore, Makayla Cox and Emma Sirus.

“The twists and turns in this film are unbridled chaos and a hilarity that lends a surreal commentary on the ever uphill battle against the enemies of imagination,” Robb added.

Co-producer and writer Gary Rice of Vaxis Media revealed that he and Robb “are collaborating on other projects as well and look forward to unleashing our brand of absurdity and insanity on an unsuspecting public. Pornnado The Movie will be an amazing start.”

Anther project announced by Rice and Robb is “Sugar Wafer,” described as “the story of a lovable raccoon who massacres people who bully a disadvantaged child.”

“It’s a commentary on bullying that elevates animal attacks into an angelic crowd cheering phenomenon which will make Chucky from ‘Child’s Play’ look like a velveteen rabbit,” Rice added.

Robb also said the duo is collaborating on a book with photographer Buster Brown to document the making of “Pornnado the Movie.”

Vice Highlights Xgen’s ‘Secret Kisses Rosegasm’ Line

Vice Highlights Xgen's 'Secret Kisses Rosegasm' Line

LOS ANGELES — Vice magazine featured Xgen’s Secret Kisses Rosegasm line, which includes the signature “Rose” suction vibrator currently popular with social media influencers.

The article, penned by Vice’s Mary Frances “Francky” Knapp, was created in partnership with the Playboy-owned Lovers retail chain.

“What’s a rosegasm, you ask? It’s like cumming in cursive or in-tandem with ‘Claire de Lune;’ it’s whatever Fragonard’s painted lady was experiencing in ‘The Swing,’ and what you can look forward to with the newest sex toys in [the] Rosegasm sex toy collection,” Knapp wrote.

Knapp noted that Xgen’s “rose-shaped suction vibrator went viral last year,” when TikTok “was overflowing with users showing off the clitoral sex toy, or scrambling to get their hands on one.”

According to the article, the #rosevibrator and rose-vibe-related hashtags “have accumulated over 100 million views, and rose-shaped suction vibes can be found on Amazon, and on sexual wellness sites such as Lovers, whose latest trio of sex toys has raised the bar for rose-centric vibrators and BDSM accessories.”

Xgen’s Secret Kisses Rosegasm line also includes “a blossoming gag ball, a set of rosy anal training plugs, and a double-ended dildo with (one end is the OG rose clitoral vibe; the other is a G-spot stimulating wand).”

Valentine’s Day, Knapp concluded, “can’t cum soon enough.”

Maryland Lawsuit Alleging Instagram Discrimination Against Adult Business Moves Forward

BALTIMORE — A Maryland judge ruled on Monday that a lawsuit against Meta, over alleged discrimination by Instagram against an adult business, can move forward.

U.S. District Judge Richard D. Bennett ruled in favor of a business using the Instagram handle @lickmykakez and purveying what the filings describe as “fine adult paraphernalia.”

The account is currently attached to influencer and former adult performer Kakey, aka LickMyKakez, and boasts over 2.5 million followers.

Judge Bennett told Meta lawyers that the owner of the @lickmykakez trademark has grounds to hold the internet platform giant “legally liable for disabling her account and flooding the market with fakes,” legal news site Law360 reported yesterday.

The case is being watched closely by others in the adult industry who have trademarked their names, including performers, content creators and large companies such as Pornhub.

As XBIZ reported, last week a group of performers and organizations, led by Pornhub, sent a letter to Mark Zuckerberg and other Meta execs, decrying blatant discrimination against sex workers. Instagram has yet to respond to follow-up questions about its permanent shutdown of the adult platform’s account.

Meta attempted to squash a lawsuit filed by @lickmykakez trademark holder Tiara Johnson in Harford County Circuit Court in Maryland, later removed to Judge Bennett’s court in January, Law 360 reported.

An Influencer and ‘Sex Toy Purveyor’ Protecting Her Trademark

Johnson’s lawsuit contends, “Meta broke the law by disabling her verified account, which boasted some 2.7 million followers and allegedly generated $10,000 a week in sales, and permitted various imposters to use her brand name — lickmykakez — to sell adult toys and products, cutting in on Johnson’s own businesses selling adult toys and products.”

Meta’s lawyers failed to convince Judge Bennett that “the Instagram terms of use do not establish Facebook’s contractual obligation to communicate with plaintiff the reasons why her account was disabled.”

Meta also insisted that the Instagram TOS “nowhere remotely suggest, much less establish an agreement to, a contractual obligation on Facebook’s part to prevent the creation of allegedly ‘false or imitation’ accounts.”

Meta told the judge that the company prefers to handle trademark disputes through its internal report system.

The Meta lawyers argued that Instagram’s terms of use do not condone users infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, and that “the complaint does not allege that plaintiff reported these ‘imitation’ accounts to Facebook or that Facebook was aware that they had been created on the Instagram platform.”

Meta asked that Judge Bennett either dismiss the case or “send it to the Northern District of California, which is where, according to Instagram’s terms of use that users agree to, lawsuits are litigated regarding those terms,” Law360 reported.

Familiar Allegations of Insider Extortion

Tiara Johnson’s filings also include allegations about anonymous parties claiming to be able to shut down and reinstate accounts, who then use this supposed privilege to extort money from Instagram users. Such allegations may be familiar to others in the adult industry whose accounts have been disabled.

Shortly after Johnson’s account was suspended, Law360 reported, she was informed “that a John Doe was paid to have her account suspended or ‘bring her account down’ and after Facebook’s action, John Doe notified others.”

This anonymous broker allegedly “extorted $3,000 from Johnson before blocking Johnson without giving her access to the account. Shortly after, rival adult paraphernalia retailers began infringing Johnson’s mark all over Instagram, according to the complaint.”
