HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Comedian Oliver Wong, known in the industry as Delphine Films director Bloomer Yang, will be performing two stand-up sets this weekend in Los Angeles.

First, Wong will be performing as part of the Deez Nuts showcase, at The Comedy Store, on Friday at 6:30 p.m. (PDT).

Next, he will perform with Teresa Lo’s Noho Comedy Showcase, at The Good Nite, on Sunday at 7 p.m. (PDT).

“I’m excited to be giving my fans a weekend of comedy,” said Wong. “And if you’re a member of my OnlyFans, please let me know at the show. I’ve got something special for you.”

LOS ANGELES — Leana Lovings stars in the latest scene from Parasited, “Infection 2.” 

Directed by Ricky Greenwood, “Infection 2” draws inspiration from retro horror and sci-fi classics, and sees Lovings cast with Braylin Bailey. 

According to a synopsis, Lovings turns off the radio just before she’s able to hear the news about a mysterious alien parasite that’s been turning people into sex-hungry zombies. Unaware of the danger that’s lurking, she draws a bath, only to have one of the parasites jump in her mouth and take over her mind. When Bailey arrives at her house, Lovings jumps on her, transferring the parasite. 

“As a fan of horror movies, it’s always been a personal dream to be a part of one, and I love what Ricky Greenwood did for this project,” Lovings said. “I’m also so happy to share this scene with Braylin Bailey — we had an amazing time together.”

LOS ANGELES — Grammy-winning hip-hop and RnB producer Hit-Boy revealed this week that some of his early work appeared uncredited in adult productions by retired performer Pinky, aka Pinky XXX.

Hit-Boy, a veteran hitmaker with a decade-long career — including smashes like “Niggas in Paris” by Jay-Z and Kanye West, “Trophies” by Drake, “Racks in the Middle” by Nipsey Hussle featuring Roddy Ricch, “Drop the World” by Lil Wayne, “Sorry” by Beyoncé and “Sicko Mode” by Travis Scott — revealed on social media what he called “the part of my journey I never told no one” until now.

“My cousin Phashon (RIP) used to direct porn when I was younger,” Hit-Boy confessed. “He used to buy beats from me for the score to his films. He bought this beat from me for a Pinky scene when I was 18.”

The news was gleefully celebrated by hip-hop news sites, which also quoted many fans reacting to Hit-Boy’s revelation about his adult soundtrack work for Pinky, a cult icon in the Black community for her early 2000s-2010s XXX clips.

According to IMDB, Pinky was active in the industry for a decade starting in 2006. Hit-Boy’s first hits as a mainstream music producer date from 2011-2012.
