Autoblow Upgrades AI With New Features

Autoblow Upgrades AI With New Features

SEATTLE — Autoblow AI has been upgraded with several new features, including no-wake-word voice control and a downloadable blowjob library.

All Autoblow AI+ online features are accessible via the Autoblow web app, which now also allows users to control their blowjobs via six voice commands: “Go,” “Pause,” “Faster,” “Slower,” “Next” and “Finish Me.”

“The ‘Finish Me’ command activates the surprise AI experience at the highest speed to bring the user to orgasm as quickly as possible,” a rep noted.

The web app also grants access to the blowjob library where users can browse and visualize dozens of blowjobs before downloading and saving them for offline use.

The new Autoblow AI+ also features a mechanical upgrade in the form of a user-adjustable penis gripper. The upgraded gripper, the rep added, “now better serves the needs of a size-diverse population and allows personalized penis-stroking pressure levels.”

Autoblow inventor Brian Sloan noted that speaking is “the main way we express our sexual needs to partners, and I am working towards a future where we will speak the same way to our sexual devices.”

“Our six built-in voice commands that control the pace and, importantly, the ending of a machine given blowjob are an important step in that direction,” he said. “Using new tech without a wake word makes speaking to the Autoblow feel strangely natural.”

Sloan added that the company is eschewing sex-censorship-happy mobile app stores in favor of a web app because “we refuse to be forced to use nonsexual words to describe the sexual functionality inside of our app, and we refuse to hide or attempt to hide the Autoblow app’s true use case.

“If we self-censor sexual language in order to reach people in Apple and Google’ app stores, we will only re-stigmatize the normal sexual behavior which millions of people have worked for dozens or even hundreds of years to normalize,” Sloan added. “We reject the stranglehold that Apple and Google have over hundreds of millions of people’s sexual thoughts by limiting the language that can be used refer to sexual activity within apps in stores they control.”

Sloan concluded he hopes Autoblow’s web app will “inspire other adult product creators to develop outside of the Big Tech-controlled app store system.”

Starzplay, Bambú Wrap Production on Nacho Vidal Biographical Series

MADRID — Streaming service Starzplay and Spanish production outfit Bambú Producciones have wrapped production on “Nacho,” the biographical series about veteran transatlantic adult performer Nacho Vidal.

The Lionsgate-owned Starzplay is Starz’s premium international streaming service. The series is helmed by three noted directors: David Pinillos (“Cable Girls”), Beatriz Sanchis (“The Gigantes,” “Rebolucion”) and Eduardo Casanova (“La Pietà”).

As Variety reported today in a lengthy feature/interview, “Nacho” is one of Starzplay’s highest-profile productions, intended to help the streamer build “its burgeoning international originals portfolio.”

Spanish-language SVOD service Pantaya will release “Nacho” in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, with Starzplay handling Spanish and Latin American distribution while Lionsgate oversees other global markets.

Mireia Acosta, Starzplay’s development and production executive in Spain, has explicitly stated that the streamer is looking for “an adult target. We don’t want products for the whole family.”

“Nacho” stars Martiño Rivas as Vidal and María de Nati as “the real life Sara Bernat, a sex worker who discovers Nacho’s extraordinary talents and takes him to perform in an onstage sex show at Barcelona’s Sala Bagdad,” Variety reported.

“We need series that are brand-defining: Bold, edgy and provocative,” Jeff Cooke, Starz senior VP for programming and international digital networks, told Variety. “A show’s got to resonate, make people even turn their heads to say: ‘What is this show? It’s on Starzplay, I need to find out more about that service.’

“The show really jumps through time, to different locations, career areas,” Cooke explained.

Bambú productions — masterminded by showrunner Fernándes-Valdés and co-founder Ramon Campos — is known for “a U.S. cable sense of pace, plot complexity and darker psychology” as well as for revolutionizing “women’s melodrama, offering series made with exquisite production values and modern gender values to audiences whose mothers consumed telenovelas,” Variety’s John Hopewell noted, pointing out that “though more of a dramedy, ‘Nacho’ is still very much in this line.”

The series was co-written by Fernández-Valdés, Gema R. Neira, María José Rustarazo and Flora G. Villanueva, and produced in association with Spanish production company La Claqueta.

Cooke noted that Starzplay “didn’t want this to be a show that really talks to the male gaze behind the camera; it was important for us to have some balance.”

“If this series had been written by men, it might not have seen the light of day,” Fernández-Valdés told Variety.

“What we discovered when we researched was that there were a lot of important women in Nacho’s life, and these are often strong, sexually active women who enjoy sex, but are capable of drawing lines in terms of consent,” Fernández-Valdés continued. “Young people want to know about sex. The easiest window of access is watching porn. But we have to tell them that it’s fiction, not reality. There’s a screenplay — it’s directed at men; women play a secondary role. Porn can’t be seen as a model for a first night of sex.”

Magic Wand Rolls Out New Packaging for Full Line

Magic Wand Rolls Out New Packaging for Full Line

NAPA, Calif. — Vibratex, the exclusive North American distributor of the Magic Wand brand, has begun shipping Magic Wand’s full line with freshly updated packaging that features new branding and accent colors.

The full-line packaging refresh was catalyzed by the debut of the company’s new Magic Wand Mini, according to a rep.

“In developing Magic Wand’s new branding, each wand was assigned a signature accent color — a personalized shade intended to complement each item’s essence and character,” a rep said. “This resulted in: the Magic Wand Original with ruby, a vibrant red; the Magic Wand Plus with iolite, a deep royal purple; the Magic Wand Rechargeable with amethyst, a bright sunny grape; and the Magic Wand Mini with spinel, a super-hot pink.”

Vibratex is currently shipping the Magic Wand Plus, the Magic Wand Rechargeable and the Magic Wand Mini in the new packaging. Updated Magic Wand Original packaging will be shipping shortly.

“Updating such an iconic brand’s appearance can be challenging, but I believe our team created a look that evolves the brand rather than reinvents it,” Vibratex CEO Ken Herskovitz said. “The new packaging completes the rebrand and we’re all thrilled to see them hitting shelves. You may continue to see a mix of current packaging and new as existing stock sells through, but rest assured the full transition is underway.”

The Stockroom Products Featured on Netflix’s ‘How to Build a Sex Room’

The Stockroom Products Featured on Netflix's 'How to Build a Sex Room'

LOS ANGELES — Pleasure products from The Stockroom recently appeared on the Netflix reality TV show “How to Build a Sex Room.”

British interior designer Melanie Rose, star of the sexy home-renovation show, told real estate news site Curbed that she has been designing sex rooms — “which she’ll sometimes refer to as ‘pleasure’ or ‘sacred’ rooms to avoid a knee-jerk cringe,” noted the article — for the past decade.

“People ask me, ‘Is it just one type of person that wants a sex room?’ And the answer is ‘no,’” Rose told Curbed.

The series “mixes it up, featuring queer couples, married couples with teenagers and toddlers, a recently engaged couple, a polycule and a recent divorcée in her 50s.”

Although the furniture — including St. Andrew’s crosses, tantric chairs and bondage beds — is custom-made for the show, Rose revealed to Curbed that “most of the toys on the show are from The Stockroom in Los Angeles.”

Rose also told the site that an additional source of inspiration for some of the home makeovers has been the work of another Southern California-based icon: Tom of Finland.

The Curbed feature stressed that “the takeaway of the series is aspirational nonetheless: In any relationship, fantasies — whether they involve décor, communication or bodily fluids — should be pleasurable to explore.”

“We don’t want to turn people off on the show, darling; we want to turn them on,” Rose concluded.

Jessy Jones’ Lawsuit Against Hussie Models Dismissed

LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles judge granted today an anti-SLAPP motion filed by Hussie Models and agency owner Riley Reynolds, resulting in the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by Jessy Jones against them in February 2022.

As XBIZ reported, Jones had filed a $2 million defamation lawsuit against performer MJ Fresh, her former agency and her agent, Hussie Models owner Riley Reynolds, over an alleged incident after a content shoot last December.

A few days after the shoot, Jones alleged, Fresh began what he calls “a campaign of threats and false allegations of rape” via Twitter, which the complaint also accused Hussie and Reynolds of “ratifying.”

Jones cited a Jan. 18 video by Fresh allegedly accusing him “of rape, numerous lies and other unlawful conduct.”

The following day, Jones alleged, “Reynolds and his agency, Hussie Models, ratified MJ Fresh’s conduct by blocking [Jones] to thwart [his] attempts at contacting them.”

Commenting on today’s proceedings, Reynolds’ attorney Pierre Pine told XBIZ “the court indicated that it was dismissing the case [against Hussie and Reynolds] because ‘the thrust of these claims arise from a right to petition or free speech and because Jones failed to meet his burden of demonstrating his pleadings or evidence allege or show even minimal merit.’ The court invited Reynolds to file a motion for attorneys’ fees, which will be heard and decided in September.”

Jones’ lawsuit against Fresh — alleging that her “reckless and intentional conduct” has caused him “to lose many lucrative contracts and relationships” and that he “has suffered substantial damages, including economic harm (past and future income), severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, worriedness and loss of sleep, all in in an amount to be determined at trial, but believed to be in excess of $2,000,000” — was not dismissed.

Jones, who is currently represented by industry attorney James Felton, told XBIZ that “there are two pieces to the original lawsuit: the first was seeking justice against MJ for making false claims about me; the second was holding Hussie and Riley responsible for MJ’s conduct because they knew that she was not telling the truth [and they] failed to distance themselves from her statements. The court found that Hussie and Riley should not be responsible for her conduct. No rulings have been made as to MJ’s liability and culpability.”

BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Eldorado is celebrating a 2022 StorErotica Awards win as Distributor of the Year.

An in-person ceremony, hosted by Dr. Sunny Rodgers, was held during ANME in Burbank, California earlier this month following two years of paused live activities due to the COVID-19 lockdowns.

Together, Eldorado consistently provides a high level of service to our customers and manufacturers, and we appreciate the industry recognition for our efforts. We look forward to working hard to exceed your expectations in the coming year.”

A rep noted it is the eighth time Eldorado has been awarded the Distributor of the Year trophy since 2008.
