LOS ANGELES — Laney Grey and Codey Steele star in the latest release from Delphine Films, titled “Drought.”

Directed by Bloomer Yang, the featurette “tells the story of a dystopian future where water has become a rare and precious commodity,” said a rep.

Yang enthused about the project.

“The storyline is intense and captivating, highlighting the harsh realities of a world where access to clean water has become a luxury,” he said. “They have to restrict the usage, and they get into an argument about it. I wanted to incorporate an essential element, such as water, that we all need for survival.”

He went on to praise his co-stars, adding, “I loved working with Laney and Codey. They are wonderful actors, and they delivered a powerful scene.”

MONTREAL — Melissa Stratton and Ryan McLane headline the latest release from Mile High Media studio imprint Sweet Sinner, titled “Platonic.”

Directed by Mike Quasar, the title also features Aiden Ashley, Tommy Pistol, Kylie Rocket, Nade Nasty and Skylar Snow.

“Platonic is based on a true story and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to make this movie,” enthused Quasar. “I think it’s a classic ‘Quasar’ feature, which means that it’s basically a Hallmark movie with sex.”

The first three scenes of “Platonic” are streaming on SweetSinner; the fourth installment premieres Feb. 28.

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Segpay is partnering with ChargebackHelp to assist in the mitigation of chargebacks for its merchants.

The solution comes at a cost of $25 per alert to Segpay merchants enrolled in the Consumer Dispute Alert (CDA) program. This feature is designed to help merchants reduce and/or avoid chargebacks.

Merchant administrators can gain access to CDA reports under the “My Consumers” section in the Segpay merchant portal. Configuration can be set up to auto-resolve most alerts by automatically refunding the matched transaction. The Dispute Alert Report allows merchants to see alerts as they are being resolved and allows for manual resolution for any alerts that were not automatically resolved. Resolving the alert will help to prevent the chargeback and the subsequent fees associated with it.

Verifi and Ethoca alerts are also included in the new offering.

BARCELONA — Securmodel has debuted its mobile app for creators to generate model releases, both standard and custom.

Securmodel, a rep noted, “is compatible with OnlyFans and other similar platforms on the market.”

The needs of the adult content creators and the regulations set by the platforms, the rep explained, “force them to have a consent contract, resulting in a slow and cumbersome process during filming and collaborations between creators. Securmodel was designed to quickly and safely facilitate the process of having to print, fill out, sign and scan the model release documents that must later be attached along with their videos and photos.”

The app has standard model releases both for U.S regulations, including the 2257 compliance form, and for European regulations.

If the content creator works with OnlyFans or another platform that has its own model release, Securmodel allows them to download the document from any platform and also to scan it and save it for later use as many times as needed. The application also allows creators to store contracts safely, with the possibility of sorting by folders by entering titles, dates or model names.

The app also offers a DMCA form to request the removal of stolen and pirated content.
