Violet Brandani: Always Creating, Always Moving

Sometimes the best adventures are the ones you never see coming.

Case in point: Violet Brandani. After high school, she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do next. The only thing she knew for certain was that she craved freedom.

“I thought I was going to go to college, but I immediately realized that wasn’t for me,” she recalls. “I wanted to travel — do an American road trip and feel like time was nonexistent.”

One thing that wasn’t on her agenda was creating adult content from the back of a tricked-out van while roaming across the United States. But once you get know Brandani a little, it starts to make perfect sense.

“I’ve always been a person who does what she wants to do,” she says with playful defiance. “I just wanted to express myself.”

With little more than a phone, curiosity and a keen entrepreneurial instinct, Brandani quickly connected with an audience — and her own power — on Snapchat. Soon, flirty chats and sexy exchanges transformed into a way to fund her nomadic lifestyle… and eventually, a career.

“I’d be chatting and sexting with guys for like five minutes, and they’d send me $40,” she says. “I thought, ‘This is awesome.’ It was the easiest money I’d ever made. I’d hit up a new place and go on Snapchat, saying, ‘I’m in your town.’ I wasn’t actually meeting up with anyone, but it would push me into that town’s algorithm. It was a way to travel, make money and do what I wanted without having to rely on anyone else.”

From Phoenix to Vegas to New York, Brandani made the road her playground. Her free-spirited nature found its perfect match in life on the road. Her van, which took nearly two years to customize, became a mobile studio, sanctuary and stage all in one — a vessel for her wild creativity.

“Van life gave me the space to breathe, roam and be fully me,” she explains. “There’s something magical about chasing sunsets, pulling over for spontaneous shoots and feeling completely untethered.”

Brandani’s signature content is a mix of adrenaline and exhibitionism.

“It’s fun!” she says simply. “I mean, it’s risky — but thrilling. I like the thought of possibly getting caught. I think that’s my kink: doing something you’re not supposed to. I love how empowering and freeing it is. Sometimes I create content in the strangest places. I get wild in the wild!”

Brandani’s catalog of wild and weird filming locations sounds like something out of a travel documentary with a very sexy twist. She’s teased the camera in front of iconic landmarks, her provocative performances playing out against the grandeur of Mount Rushmore and the sweeping expanse of the Bonneville salt flats.

“That felt like being on another planet,” she says.

It’s not all wide-open spaces and Instagram-worthy vistas, however. The nature of Brandani’s work means she often finds herself improvising in some truly bizarre locations.

“The weirdest place I’ve filmed? Easy. A Buc-ee’s parking lot at 3 a.m.!” Brandani laughs. “I was in a bikini top, praying no one walked by. Van life gets spicy in the strangest places, and I love that my fans never know where I’ll pop up next. One day I’m cooking in the desert, the next I’m doing Q&As from a forest. It keeps our connection fresh and real.”

Brandani knows how to have fun, but she’s come a long way from those “easy money” Snapchat days. Turning passion into profit requires discipline, strategy and a rigorous work ethic. While her shoots may appear wild and unpredictable, there’s always intention behind the chaos. And her van isn’t just a living space — it’s a mobile studio wired for content creation with mounted cameras and built-in Wi-Fi.

“The van itself has pretty good lighting — strips built into the ceiling — which helps a lot,” she notes. “But I’ve also got lights I can mount wherever I need them.”

Shooting on the road can be tricky, so Brandani is she’s careful to make the most of her time.

“I try to be organized,” she says. “I’ll start with something simple, like a JOI, and build up to the bigger scenes. It’s all about making the most of my day, especially if I’m doing my makeup or setting up the van just right.”

While Brandani is known among her legion of loyal fans for being fearless and unapologetically sexy, her personal interests reveal a playful, almost nostalgic side.

“I’m kind of a dork,” she confides. “I love collecting sports cards, I cry during Taylor Swift songs, I know way too much about ’90s rom-coms and I can throw a football pretty well.”

Now living in Miami with her two best friends, Brandani is also cultivating a community of creators.

“I’m used to going solo on the road, so suddenly having all this inspiration around me has been wild,” she says. “We had a networking event the other night that turned into a full-on content bash. Thirty girls, all creating and having fun. It was hot and chaotic and everything I love about this life. Being around other girls in the house is so motivating.”

While she may have set up a home base for now, Brandani’s journey is far from over.

“I’m excited about my OFTV channel coming out soon,” she shares. “I’m also starting a new YouTube series that takes people behind the scenes of my life and travels. It’s going to be raw, sexy and totally me.”

Meanwhile, her curiosity and drive keep her pushing boundaries, both in her content and with the places she visits.

“Canada is really pretty, so I definitely want to do a whole Canadian road trip,” she says.

Also on her bucket list: pushing her exhibitionist side to the extreme by shooting content in front of sports stadiums across the country.

“I want to make a whole ‘stadium spank bank,’” Brandani says with a grin. “So far, I’ve done the New York Mets’ stadium, the Phoenix Suns’ stadium, the Boston Red Sox’s stadium and the Giants’ baseball stadium in San Francisco. It’s fun and kind of twisted.”

While Brandani embraces her “sexy nomad” image, for her it’s not just about the content or audience.

“If I can mix art, passion and the thrill of the unknown and make it totally me? That’s everything,” she says. “It’s not just about being wild and sexy. It’s about having the freedom to explore and be myself. And I’m not stopping until I’ve done it all.”

Director Ike Diezel on Finding Community in Craft and Combat

As a director, you can count on Ike Diezel to be prepared.

The night before a shoot, Diezel makes sure his lenses are clean, his batteries are charged, his memory cards are formatted — and that he has enough douches for his performers, having already touched base with their agents the day before. He also checks to make sure that all of his paperwork is organized and that W-9s have been printed out for the cast and crew.

Perhaps most importantly, he makes sure he has the right kind of lube for each performer, as many request specific brands.

“Fortunately, I perform too, so I know what performers want,” says Diezel. “It’s the directors who have never performed before who have no idea what the performers want. Most want Pjur because they hate cheap lube.”

Diezel has indeed been on both sides of the camera, having begun performing about 15 years ago. He enjoyed a steady career in front of the camera for his first five years, before acquiring a taste for directing in 2015 and spending the past decade honing his chops. He still shoots content and performs on occasion, but these days he is more focused on calling “Action!” than getting action.

Focus is important to Diezel. If bills need to be paid or groceries need to be bought, he makes sure to take care of all of that ahead of a shoot so he isn’t distracted during production. It also helps that he owns his own equipment, including a Sony camera, sound gear and a lighting package. That way, he rarely has to deal with outside vendors on the day before a shoot, typically a busy one for him.

He also tries to get a good night’s sleep, as he knows he’ll need his energy the following day. Working out helps with that.

“I’ll go to the gym the day before and run a couple miles,” he shares.

Diezel typically wakes up early — as in 5:30 a.m. — to check the gold and silver markets, but luckily for his cast, he lets them sleep in a bit.

“A lot of directors will start shooting at 7 or 8 a.m.” he notes. “But I prefer 10 or 10:30 a.m. because in my personal opinion, I don’t think girls want to wake up at 7 a.m. and go fuck a stranger.”

As a weightlifter, food is important to Diezel, so he tries to be mindful of that on set.

“I let people order whatever they want on set, within reason,” he says. “But a lot of the girls just get smoothies. Or they’ll order a full meal and then just leave it in the microwave for tomorrow.”

The female performers arrive on set around 10:30 a.m. and spend 60-90 minutes getting their hair and makeup done while a PA helps Diezel prep the set. He says it’s rare that male talent will spend time in the hair and makeup trailer unless it’s a big feature, which might require a bruise or a tattoo to be covered up — though he tends to shy away from features.

“There’s too much ego in the features,” he confides. “I can’t be on sets where people take themselves super serious. It drives me nuts. That’s my pet peeve.”

Diezel prefers to maintain a looser vibe on set.

“I’m a musician, so usually I’ll get a vibe for what kind of music everyone listens to and get some good music going,” he says. “I think it’s really weird being on sets where there’s no music. It’s just silence with a bunch of strangers! I like to play metal, but I try to accommodate everybody. I’ll put some smooth electronics on for some background noise. If there are too many different personalities, I’ll just put on some mindless synthwave or something.”

Once everyone is out of makeup and Diezel has checked his gear, he sits them all down to go over everything once more before showtime.

“I tell them, ‘Allow me to direct you.’ Because I know the scripts can get overwhelming sometimes. That’s why I try to shoot paint-by-numbers and make it real simple for everybody. When someone has shot with me a lot, they know how I shoot — some people are more scattered, but I’m very meticulous with the way I shoot.”

“A lot of directors have a real firm shtick, but my method as a director is to try and make it feel like everyone’s hanging out with their friends, to make the day easier. I don’t think people realize I’m doing that, but that’s my method. I want a set where it just feels like everyone’s hanging out, which could sound unprofessional, but it’s actually difficult to [pull it off].”

Diezel says his shoot days typically last four to five hours, not including makeup time, and his team will edit a 30-minute scene out of that footage.

While Diezel says he prefers to run a small crew — “If you can do everything yourself, why wouldn’t you? You make more money that way.” — there isn’t enough time for him to edit everything, which is why he works with a few trusted collaborators.

Diezel said that a 10-person crew is a luxury — one he sees young filmmakers too eager to rely on.

“When people start directing, they’ll have, like, 10 people on set. It’s like, what are you doing? You’re splitting your budget with 10 people? I don’t understand. There’s one camera. And there are 10 people. It makes no sense. I think it’s just hubris, is what it is. I don’t know what else it would be. Those filmmakers only last a few years before they get fired or disappear for going over budget.”

Of course, accidents happen, and directors do go over budget sometimes, but Diezel considers that an amateur move, and he definitely counts himself as a professional.

“I don’t have any amateurs on set. I hire pros, so they know what they’re doing,” said Diezel.

That goes for both the crew and the performers, especially the male ones, who only get one chance to deliver their money shot on camera.

“I only hire the best dudes,” said Diezel, who will hand his performers baby wipes upon the so-called “completion” of a scene.

“I’ll help them get cleaned up, and then I’ll always walk them out and make sure they get to their cars safely. I don’t want a PA doing that. I want to make sure it’s a good experience for all of the performers. I wouldn’t have lasted this long if they didn’t have a good experience, you know?”

Once the shoot is wrapped, and Diezel has packed up all of his gear with the help of the PA, he’ll load up his car and listen to a podcast of some kind on the way home.

“Once I get home, I do my bookkeeping first — my taxes and accounting — and account for what I spent that day. And I do my taxes every day that I have a shoot. I go over all the footage before uploading it to a server or to whoever hired me. And then I go to jiu-jitsu.”

Diezel has been practicing jiu-jitsu “on and off for about 15 years or so.”

He says he appreciates the sense of community that the sport provides him.

“When people are new to the adult business, they tend to only talk to and hang out with people in that industry, but I’ve learned how to separate church from state,” says Diezel.

“I don’t mean that in a demeaning way, I just have to unplug from the porn business sometimes, so my community of people is usually the jiu-jitsu community, or fellow musicians, as I go to a lot of shows. I have to because if you’re a producer or a director and you’re just doing this 24 hours a day, you’ll either burn out or hang yourself.”

Diezel says he takes solace in music, having played the guitar since he was 12. He loves listening to metal, but these days, he’s also become something of a podcast guy, though he tries to maintain a balanced media diet.

“When I’m lifting weights, sometimes I’ll listen to a right-wing podcast, but then I’ll listen to a left-wing podcast to determine who’s full of shit or not while I’m at the gym. And then I’ll run a couple of miles and listen to metal during that time — Merciful Fate or Pantera, something like that — and then I’ll go to the sauna.”

“I usually pick an old metal band and listen to all their records back to back for a few days. And once I get home, I usually take my dog on a hike or something. Her name is Zoey, and she’s an English Bull Terrier. She’s six years old, but I just rescued her, like, two months ago.”

Whether Diezel is shooting or not, he says he typically eats a New York strip steak for lunch every day. There may be an off-day when he eats chicken, but he tries to eat a lot of red meat and mix in some carbs, like some kind of potato dish — and an avocado for good measure.

In others words, you won’t catch Diezel in the drive-thru at McDonald’s or Burger King, though he does admit to cheat days when he’ll wolf down an entire pizza or splurge on a carton of ice cream.

He stays on top of his health, getting blood work done once a month to stay on top of his cholesterol and hormone levels, and he gets an STD test every two weeks, just like active performers.

“I may be primarily a producer these days, but I’m not a perfect angel. I’m still gonna have sex every now and then. I’m surrounded by women,” said Diezel, who is single as of this writing.

“I stay on top of my testing because I shoot content, too, sometimes, and I still know how to shoot POV really well — probably better than most.”

Diezel admits it can get lonely sometimes in Las Vegas — his family is spread out across Texas and New York, and most of his friends remain in Los Angeles — but he’s made friends at black metal concerts, feeling a kinship with those in attendance.

“I like a lot of European black metal bands and going to rare metal shows that no one likes to go to.”

If anyone asks about Diezel’s day job, he usually tells them he’s a photographer, though it depends who’s asking — and where.

If you’re at Home Depot, people recognize you. If there’s a bunch of construction dudes, every now and then, people will be like, ‘You’re the Pornhub dude!’ But if you’re at, like, Walgreens, nobody recognizes you.”

Diezel said he’s recognized less often since he began to cut back on performing, but he’s happy to shoot OnlyFans content with performers he has known for a while, though he’s more selective these days.

“I’m not going to shoot content with someone I just met, just because of cancel culture and all that shit. That’s another reason why porn got too complicated. There’s a lot more paperwork, and the testing protocols are really a lot different than when I started. I decided to stop performing because it was becoming too much work. And I got into porn for the fun of it.”

Diezel has been in the business since he was 25 or so, and he’s very happy with how his career worked out, but he’d like to wrap it up in the next 5-10 years, as he has other plans he’d like to pursue.

“It’s time to start taking them out,” said Diezel, who said he doesn’t want to overstay his welcome.

“The sad part about the entertainment industry is it just becomes a job after a while. It seems really exciting when you meet someone who doesn’t know anything about it, but then you try to explain it to them, and you’re like, ‘I do accounting and bookkeeping as soon as I get home, just like you do with your other business. So it’s not that exciting.”

“Yes, your first three years in the porn business is very fun. There’s a lot of drinking, a lot of drugs, and a lot of partying. But when you’ve been doing it as long as I have, people start looking up to you and stuff, so you gotta set some kind of example, I guess, as lame as that sounds. I never thought I’d be the old guy saying that,” Diezel says with a hint of introspection.

For now, Diezel is eager to set that example, saying he prefers directing to performing because it’s “a lot more work, and I like that. I like staying busy. It suits me better because I’m a workaholic, so I feel comfortable having a full plate. When I was performing, there was so much idle time,” said Diezel.

In other words, there was plenty of time to get into trouble.

Diezel cleaned up his act when he started directing, which forced him to accept responsibility for other people.

“I kind of like it. When I was performing, I was a fuck up. I was fucking up too much.”

It wasn’t until he found himself in the middle of the August complex fires in Northern California that Diezel found himself forced to confront life without any vices.

I was in the middle of that shit because I had a weed farm up there. And my house burned down. Everything burnt. I lost everything, and then I had to restart [my life]. It sucked because you couldn’t get insurance on cannabis farms at that time.”

It was a difficult period in his life, but he came out the other side stronger, smarter, and better prepared to help others reach their full potential.

Diezel still heads to the bar to enjoy a beer every now and then, but he does so responsibly, having taken back control of his life.

Today, he shoots roughly 15 days a month, with a day off in between most shoots.

“That way, I don’t lose my mind.”

With that, it’s time for Diezel to take a walk with Zoey, who looks like she’s going to lose her mind if she doesn’t get a bathroom break soon. Diezel has her leash and a poop bag ready.

Like we said, he’s always prepared…

Homecoming Heat: The 2025 XMA Creator Awards Celebrate Digital Desire

MIAMI — On a sweltering night in South Beach, where the air sticks to your skin like latex and the breeze smells faintly of tequila and temptation, the adult creator community gathered for Adult Creators’ Biggest Night: the 2025 XMA Creator Awards, presented by Fansly.

Tuesday night in Miami arrived on a wave of glitter, pink-carpet glamour and enough sex appeal to short circuit even the always-electric Club M2 Miami, where the ceremony took place for the first time this year. The venue’s cavernous layout offered the perfect playground for the evening’s decadence: a high-gloss, high-volume shrine to celebration.

Think VIP balconies overlooking pulsing lights, bodies drenched in sequins and Miami heat, and the kind of crowd where a six-inch heel and a latex thong qualify as business casual. If your vice is rubbing elbows — or anything else — with the hottest creators in the industry, this was definitely your kind of “Miami Vice.”

Prior to the festivities, nominees lined up along the famed XBIZ pink carpet, flaunting their most audacious fits: breathable mesh, body chains, pasties, silk, sequins and strategically placed feathers. Skin shimmered, cameras flashed and pink-carpet host Liam Riley — the ever-effervescent creator and co-host of the viral “Pillow Talk” podcast — kept the energy light and flirty as he welcomed stars, legends and newcomers alike to the evening’s extravaganza.

Riley brought his signature charm to the arrivals procession, along with just the right amount of cheek.

“Oh my God, it’s so fun, so exciting!” he gushed, catching his breath between interviews. “I’ve done red carpets before, but lately I’ve been more behind the scenes working on ‘Pillow Talk’ with Ryan Powell. So I’ve really gotten to watch what it takes to be a good host. I came into this feeling trained and ready.

“It was a little nerve-wracking at first, but it’s amazing seeing all your friends, meeting new ones and watching so many creators get excited about being nominated,” Riley added. “It’s especially great seeing new talent coming into the business.”

From seasoned stars to first-time nominees, the energy on the carpet was electric — equal parts reunion, runway and raucous celebration.

Among those marveling at the cavalcade of stars as the night unfolded beneath the sultry glow of Club M2’s lights, the evening’s presenting sponsor, Fansly, was front and center, cheering on the vibrant creators whose talent and craft power their thriving sector of the adult industry.

“Gorgeous venue, gorgeous talent!” exclaimed Fansly Director of Marketing Leah Koons, surveying the glittering crowd. “Everybody looks absolutely incredible. We’re going to have a great night.”

While the pink carpet shimmered with skin and sequins, X3 magazine cover star Violet Myers turned heads in a skintight mini dress that matched the carpet itself. Nominated for Premium Social Creator of the Year, Myers radiated both confidence and gratitude.

“I feel extremely honored to be nominated again,” she told XBIZ. “I can’t thank my fans enough. I can’t thank the industry enough for always seeing my vision and believing in me. I’m very thankful and super grateful.”

Not far behind her, creator Olivia Would floated down the pink carpet in a long, dazzling halter gown adorned with iridescent blue and purple sequins — like the queen of the mermaids, come ashore just for the evening.

“I love Miami!” she proclaimed. “I love South Beach. And I love showing out at award shows,” she added, flashing a sly smile.

Would revealed that she takes awards show fashion seriously.

“A pink carpet look is a lot like composing a symphony,” she explained. “You start with mood and tone — how you want the people that perceive you to feel — all the way to the performance of it for an audience. I love that.”

Trophies, Ta-tas and Triumphs: A Hot Night for Creator Gold

When it was time for the main event to get underway, multi-XMA award winner Abella Danger, Miami-born and -bred, made her hometown crowd roar as she took the stage with the strut of a pop star and the command of a dominatrix. Sporting a classic white off-the-shoulder number cinched with a delicate black sash, her look was elegant and understated — just refined enough to let her shine in all her larger-than-life glory.

“Greetings cyber-sluts, your Miami diva has arrived!” she declared, dripping in diva energy. “Even though this is my hometown, I bet you can’t believe you got Abella hosting the XMAs before you got GTA6. Yet here we are, bitches!”

The crowd, fanned out across multiple tiers of M2 like a glitter-drenched amphitheater, erupted in approving cheers.

“I am fully committed to captivating your eyeballs and titillating your taints tonight in Vice City, as we celebrate the kinkiest creators from our wonderful solar system,” Danger teased. “This is an interstellar universe of inclusivity, and tonight, you are all welcome!”

With more quips and a tongue-in-cheek legal disclaimer about the perils of grasping XMA trophies with lube-covered fingers, Danger set the tone for the night: wild, wicked and unforgettably fun.

The first golden statuette of the night was handed out by multi-XMA award winner Vanna Bardot, who kicked things off with a sultry smile as she presented the trophy for Cosplay Streamer of the Year to Chrissy LeBlanc.

Decked out in a tight black mini dress adorned with strategically placed gold piercings, LeBlanc looked every bit the fantasy as she took the stage. Backstage, she reflected on how different this moment felt from her first win.

“I won a couple of years ago, during COVID, when it was just the online awards,” she shared. “I was in my bedroom, a new mom, with a three-month-old next to me. This is so much better — being here, onstage, in front of my friends and the industry. It’s very special.”

Next up: the crown for Cosplay Clip Creator of the Year, which went to Sweetie Fox.

Nicole Kitt and Blake Blossom then took the stage to present the award for Fetish Streamer of the Year. The title went to Rave Kitt, whose journey came full circle in the sultry glow of M2.

“It’s my first nomination and win,” she told XBIZ, eyes wide with disbelief. “I came to XBIZ Miami for the first time just a year ago. I saw the awards and told myself, ‘That’s going to be me.’ And here I am. It’s surreal.”

Moments later, MathemaKitten dazzled in a rippling aqua sequin gown as she claimed the Fetish Clip Creator of the Year award to wild cheers.

Ryan Keely and Lola Rose followed, presenting the BBW Streamer of the Year trophy to Demora Avarice, and BBW Clip Creator of the Year to Alex Blair, who gave a shoutout to all the BBW girls.

“We deserve all the love!” she declared.

Then came a mic-drop moment from industry icon Sofia Rose, who strutted up to claim BBW Premium Social Media Star of the Year in fierce fashion.

“Guys, I’m turning 50 in July!” she beamed, award held high.

Backstage, Rose got candid about her win.

“I just wasn’t expecting this,” she admitted. “I’m kind of a veteran now and slowing down a bit, so this was a surprise. But it’s validating — especially at this stage in my life.”

The heat surged even higher as Elly Clutch and Chloe Foxx sauntered onto the stage to present some of the night’s most anticipated honors: the MILF categories, celebrating creators whose allure only deepens with time.

First up, the trophy for MILF Streamer of the Year went to golden goddess Sterlingx, who turned heads and dropped jaws as she glided to the stage draped in nothing but a web of gold netting and glittering jewels. It was part Cleopatra, part fever dream, and wholly unforgettable.

Then came MILF Clip Creator of the Year, awarded to the ever-radiant Sienna Rae. Accepting her first-ever XMA trophy, she was visibly moved.

“I think I’m still in shock,” she cooed backstage, her voice breathy with disbelief. “It feels like it’s not even real!”

Perhaps the most emotional moment came when legendary performer and multi-XMA award winner Alexis Fawx claimed her title as MILF Premium Social Media Star of the Year. The crowd rose to its feet in celebration of a woman who continues to define and elevate the category with grace, humor and unshakable confidence.

“You know what? Every year I think it gets sweeter and sweeter and sweeter,” she told XBIZ, her eyes glistening. “I think you know by the tears in my eyes right now how grateful I am. To the people that find me inspiring: you inspire me!”

Ana Foxxx and Cubbi Thompson next brought the vibes as they awarded the title of Streamer Duo of the Year to fan favorites Liv and Drew.

“When we started this, we were just trying to get by,” the duo told XBIZ. “So to be here now — it’s insane.”

As for what comes next?

“We’re going to go party!” they exulted. “Keep fucking. Keep having a good time. Keep bringing joy to people’s lives on Chaturbate. That’s what we do!”

Then came the Clip Creator Duo of the Year award, which went to Hailey Rose and Max Fills. The pair descended from the VIP section as the crowd cheered.

“I never thought I’d end up on a stage like this,” Hailey marveled, aglow. “I love this community!”

To which Max added, “We really appreciate everyone being on our side. Thank you for loving us!”

Midshow, hostess Danger returned to the stage in a curve-hugging leopard-print cutout dress, embodying Miami’s wild heart. Between awards, she dropped steamy facts about her beloved hometown.

“Did you know Miami is the only major U.S. city founded by a woman?” she queried the crowd. “Shoutout to Julia Tuttle!”

Danger then got somewhat cheekier.

“Did you also know that Miami is nicknamed the ‘Magic City’? That should have every D&D-obsessed cosplayer sliding off their seats. The first Burger King was founded in Miami. Which is surprising… considering the amount of taco you see around here!”

After that illuminating lesson, it was time for Gina Valentina and Laura Desiree to crown 2025’s Rising Streamer: Isabelle Goncalves.

The Colombian Chaturbate star delivered a heartfelt speech in Spanish, vowing to continue representing Latinas in the space. Backstage, she smiled through tears.

“I’m taking this award back to Latin America — for all the amazing women who deserve to be here,” she affirmed.

Next to accept a trophy was Rising Clip Creator Tiffani Time, who served latex fantasy in a sizzling red mini that hugged her curves like a second skin. Not far behind was Rising Premium Social Star winner Wisconsin Tiff, who shimmered in an Oscars-worthy one-shoulder gold gown.

When the ever-glam Kayley Gunner and Siri Dahl took the mic to present the award for Trans Premium Social Media Star of the Year, winner Aubrey Kate was radiant in a cascading white fringe dress.

After basking in the applause, she joked backstage, “I’m going to go to bed. I’m so fucking tired!”

As the night rolled on, industry veteran and Brazzers icon Keiran Lee enjoyed a huge milestone: finally snagging his first Male Premium Social Media Star of the Year trophy.

“Literally, I’m like the Leonardo DiCaprio of porn,” he quipped backstage. “I finally broke the door. Maybe now they’ll start flooding in!”

With that achievement unlocked, Lee’s plans were simple: “I’m going to celebrate with my Brazzers family. Because without them, there’s no Keiran Lee.”

The trophy for Female Premium Social Media Star of the Year then went to Violet Brandani, who was radiant with joy as she accepted her first-ever industry award.

“I feel like I’m dreaming,” she told XBIZ. “I never thought I’d win anything. But my fans, they’re so loyal! They’re the only reason I have any success right now.”

Joanna Angel and Casey Kisses next brought their combined star power to the stage, bestowing the title of Trans Clip Creator of the Year upon Monika Lopez, who floated across the stage in a sheer gown adorned with delicate aqua crystals.

Then came Reese Rideout’s win for Male Clip Creator of the Year, a first for the performer.

“I think I’m still in shock,” he said. “Being nominated was already wild. Winning doesn’t feel real.”

Kera Bear, serving one of the night’s most unique looks, fairly quivered with excitement as she accepted the trophy for Female Clip Creator of the Year.

“Oh my gosh, I’m shaking!” she told the admiring crowd. “I’ve worked so hard. I feel like my time has finally come.”

Then, getting real, Bear added, “I’m starving, I want a burger! But then I’m going to keep going. Keep improving. Keep winning.”

Finally, Violet Myers and Ricky Johnson provided a final infusion of energy for the evening’s last round of awards. First, the Trans Streamer of the Year trophy went to the exuberant Lushiana Fitness, who radiated pride.

“Last year, I said, ‘I’m going to get nominated next year’ — and here I am, with a win!” she said, flashing a huge grin. “I’m just so excited for all my fans. They support me so much.”

Then came the cowboy. Clad in a crisp blue suit, bolo tie and a hat fit for a streaming outlaw, Coal Daniels took the mic to accept the award for Male Streamer of the Year.

“This is fucking awesome,” he declared. “Now I’m going to go hug my wife. Give her a big ol’ kiss. Because she told me I might actually win — and damn, she’s always right!”

The night closed with the accolade for Female Streamer of the Year going to Sara Loverays, who accepted with fire, flair — and just a hint of “Fuck it!” freedom.

“I rebranded post-divorce and I feel so empowered to be myself here and authentic,” she said backstage. “That’s my message: be your fucking true self.”

A Final Word from Our Mars-ami Mistress

As the final trophies were claimed and the crowd ignited into a champagne-fueled celebration, Abella Danger returned to the mic one last time — not in sequins or satin, but as the future ruler of a far sexier galaxy.

“Well, lovers, the night is, unfortunately, almost at an end,” she purred. “Can we hear one more huge round of applause for all of the winners and the nominees tonight?!”

The crowd whooped in response, many still on their feet.

“The next time you all see me, I’m going to be the proud owner of a law degree,” she revealed. “Which means I will finally have all of the skills to launch my deadly counter-measures against the ridiculously unconstitutional things happening in our country right now. Especially when it comes to the civil rights of sex workers, people of color, women and the LGBTQ+ community.”

Then, in pure Abella fashion, things got intergalactic.

“All I need is a small army of sexual deviants to help me storm that new SpaceX city and commandeer all their rockets,” she proclaimed. “I see a bright future for all of us to live in peaceful  and sexy co-existence together on Mars — to boldly bone where no one has boned before!”

The crowd howled, the cheers getting louder with each promise of pleasure-driven rebellion.

“As the leader of this new interstellar civilization, my first decree will be renaming Mars to ‘Mars-ami,’ and micro-bikinis will be our chosen uniform… even the dudes. WHO’S WITH ME?!”

As glittering confetti cannons exploded from either side of the stage and lights swirled through the room like a cosmic rave, the 2025 XMA Creator Awards closed with a bang — both literal and symbolic. Performers, creators and fans flooded the floor, turning Club M2 into a euphoric after-party filled with sweaty hugs, proud selfies and bodies dancing the night away in the Miami heat.

In a perfect final touch, Fansly gave creators their flowers — literally. The presenting sponsor handed each guest a single white rose as they exited the venue, a quiet nod to the beauty, strength and individuality of the community they came to celebrate.

Ian Sterling on Playing Nice and Playing Rough

A guy from the Midwest moves to Los Angeles and finds himself doing porn. Hardly a unique story — but up-and-coming performer Ian Sterling is proving himself to be anything but ordinary.

At first glance, Sterling serves up a traditional bodybuilder aesthetic. His personality shines through, however, revealing a creative spirit, a kind heart and a strong sense of integrity.

“I’m really just a good Midwest boy who happens to be horny all the time,” he’s quick to joke.

Sterling recently starred in his first studio scene, alongside Heath Halo and Rocky Unleashed in “The Way to a Man’s Heart,” Raging Stallion’s take on the rom-com.

“I dove in the deep end because it was a threesome scene,” he shares. “But I shot with two great guys that I admired — and they were really hot, so I thought, ‘Let’s go.’”

Hailing from just outside Columbus, Ohio, Sterling grew up loving the limelight.

“I was a theater nerd in high school and I always loved the energy I got from performing,” he recalls.

In college, Sterling experienced the same buzz by competing as a star athlete.

“When I graduated, I sought after that energy, so I started go-go dancing,” he says. “So then, why not do porn?”

Though it would be a while yet before Sterling would make his first go at a studio feature, in 2017, he got his feet wet shooting for “Cutler’s Den” after getting connected through a friend.

“I got comfortable doing it,” he notes. “It was fucking for an hour and getting a check. I did a scene every couple of months.”

While he didn’t feel ready to shoot for a studio, he did go on to create an OnlyFans account highlighting his talents as a fisting top.

Sterling is not shy about some of the occasional pitfalls of solo content creation.

“It was lockdown and everyone was doing it, but the money I was getting out of it wasn’t worth the amount of effort I was putting into it,” he admits.

In a city as busy and ambition-fueled as Los Angeles, he also found that trying to coordinate with other creators could be a big drain.

“This is your job,” he laughs. “Why should it be so hard to nail down a half an hour to do some work? Now, if I have friends who want to film, I will collaborate and post it. But it’s not something I’m doing religiously.”

Sterling is now more able to be selective because he works in production — and also has another rather unique gig.

“As a side hustle, I do a lot of rhinestoning,” he reveals. “I love rhinestones. Anything flat and solid enough, I’ll put a rhinestone on it!”

Sterling turned selling rhinestone caps to circuit boys into a thriving operation that includes some high-profile drag artists as clients.

“I’ve done a Dua Lipa-inspired bodysuit for Naysha Lopez and a pair of Louboutins for Willam,” he notes.

Sterling credits his upbringing for his love of art and creating.

“I grew up in a household that was very crafty,” he recalls. “My mom would quilt and make our Halloween costumes. My dad was a carpenter, so we were always building. I always loved having the capacity to create something.

“I really love doing anything with my hands,” he quips.

Asked about his performing influences, Sterling acknowledges a longtime love for the musclemen of porn past.

“I loved the biggest, most muscular guys from Titan, Colt, Falcon and Raging Stallion,” he says. “I wanted to be one of those guys.”

That plan just might be working.

“When I was shooting my last scene with Raging Stallion for the movie “Rough,” Trent Ducati told me, ‘You look like one of those old-school Raging Stallion guys,’” Sterling smiles proudly. “I said, ‘Thanks.’”

When it comes to the type of guy he personally finds attractive, Sterling says his tastes are evolving.

“When I was younger, I wanted a 6-foot-2 Tom of Finland jacked motherfucker!” he confides, but adds that when he finally met such a dream man, the reality hardly matched the fantasy.

“He was a miserable human being,” he laments. “As I get older, it’s more of an energy thing. Confidence is everything for me.”

His Midwestern upbringing hasn’t left him, Sterling explains. When meeting fans in person, some have seemed surprised by his cordiality.

“Someone who follows me on Instagram might say, ‘Oh, you’re really nice,’” he says. “My response is, ‘Should I not be?’ There’s a basic respect I have for everyone as a human being.”

He grins. “After that, it’s up to them whether I give them more or less respect.”

Reflecting on his initial reluctance to pursue a career in porn, Sterling says he struggled with the mentality around the search for fame.

“Fame is such an odd concept to me,” he admits. “I didn’t want to become famous. I deal with that every day in Los Angeles: Everyone wants to be the next YouTube streamer. Sometimes I find it kind of tacky. For me, doing porn it’s not about having a million followers. I just want to make porn I’d want to watch. If I’d want to jack off to it, I know someone else will.”

That outlook strongly informs Sterling’s approach to performing.

“I think consumers are getting smarter about which people are really into it,” he says. “When I do a scene, I want to make sure that my scene partner is someone I’m attracted to, that the setup is hot and the sex is real. Even if we have to do it five times.”

To capture the vibe he seeks, Sterling makes an effort to reach out to scene partners before they meet or work together.

“I want to get a feel for what they like, to make sure what we’re doing is authentic,” he explains.

That strategy came in handy while shooting the upcoming “Rough” with Sir Peter.

“We shot in Vegas,” Sterling says. “He was put in the same Airbnb. So I asked him, ‘Hey do you want to watch some TV or something?’ We ended up fucking. He has a big dick and it was uncut: those are two of my favorite things. I could tell his aggression was authentic to him.”

This prep helped forge a connection that Sterling believes improved their scene together — something that proved particularly valuable when working on a project titled “Rough.”

“I’m a big guy so I can handle a bit of rough and tumble,” he shares. “But as soon as they yelled ‘cut,’ he would turn it off and check in. Meanwhile, it was really doing it for me. We’d just hop right back into it.”

Any other dream scene partners?

“I would love to work with Francois Safgat,” he enthuses. “I’ve had the biggest crush on him for such a long time.”

Asked what else the future might hold, he shares another bucket-list item.

“I would love to do a live sex show,” he says. “Though obviously America is not where it’s at for that.”

Penny Barber Turns 40: Inside Her Birthday Bash With Ryan Keely

Penny Barber turns 40 years old this month, so the veteran performer decided to celebrate in style with a very special birthday bash alongside her best friend, Ryan Keely.

“I feel like 40 is a big birthday, and a big MILF birthday especially,” Barber tells XBIZ.

While many people dread turning 40, Barber says she’s been looking forward to it for quite a while.

“Originally, what I really wanted to do was have a gangbang with guys who were literally half my age, all 20-year-olds,” she says. “Unfortunately, there’s not a lot of those.”

Barber decided to pivot after chatting with friend and fellow performer Keely.

“I get along with her really well, and she and I had been talking about doing this big, crazy MILF Hotel thing — a very elaborate feature,” she explains. “I’ve been pitching around to companies a little bit more these days, and as much as I really would have loved to do that big, insane idea with Ryan, I was like, ‘They’re probably not going to give us the $50,000 to $100,000 that this is going to cost.’ So I really pared it down and just started making cuts.”

Barber began chipping away at the script and budget while still keeping her own pleasure in mind — and never losing sight of celebrating a milestone.

“I was like, ‘What’s the closest I can get to that idea where I’m still going to enjoy myself, and it’s going to be something that Ryan will still be excited to do, and I also get to fuck the guys who I want to fuck?’” she recalls. “So we kept the hotel setting and just leaned into Ryan’s really big personality and my more reserved personality. I really like being coerced into things, so she’s sort of corrupting me and getting me to open up for my 40th birthday.”

In keeping with her personal brand and flavor, Barber also wanted it to be taboo.

“Axl Hayes plays Ryan’s stepson, and he’s gorgeous, just so hot,” she enthuses. “Unfortunately, he had the audacity to turn 21 before I turned 40. So I didn’t even get one 20-year-old, though I did get a 21-year-old, so it’s worked out pretty good. It was a compromise, but I’m so happy.”

Barber also gushes over working with Max Fills, who plays her stepson.

“He’s just my absolute favorite,” she says. “I love him. He fucks so well. Seriously, he’s the best I’ve ever had in my life, and he’s really sweet too. He really wants to be on set, he wants to do well, and he works hard.”

When Barber pitched her idea to Adult Time, she didn’t show up empty-handed.

“Whenever I pitch something, I put together a full video presentation with custom graphics and everything,” she shares. “And they went for it, which I was very happy about. Bree Mills was a lot of help in getting things started.”

Since Barber would be on camera, her friends Siouxsie Q and Michael Vegas stepped in to help her direct.

“We did our best with monitors and everything, but I couldn’t always see the shots,” she says. “I’m still baby directing, so I was trying to talk to Michael about lens choices while also trying to be onscreen, but when you’re on camera, you’ve got to focus on the performance.”

The premise involves Barber and Keely taking a special trip for Barber’s 40th birthday.

“She’s like, ‘We’re going to have this special weekend, go clubbing and pick up some younger guys,’” Barber teases. “And I’m like, ‘Oh gosh, I really don’t know. I don’t usually do that sort of thing. What would my husband say?’ And she’s like, ‘Well, I bought you this really slutty dress and you’re going to wear it.’ And I capitulate eventually — but then, of course, as soon as we get outside, who do we see off campus when they’re not supposed to be, and sneaking off to go have their own little wild weekend? Our stepsons.

“So there’s a moment where Max — he takes after me, so he’s very demure — looks up, and all of a sudden, his mom is there dressed like a slut with Mrs. Ryan Keely, who is also dressed like a slut,” she elaborates. “And he’s embarrassed, and I’m embarrassed, so we both run off. Then Ryan is like, ‘I’m going to go calm your stepson down, you just stay here,’ but then through the wall, I can hear them fucking.”

To capture the feeling she had in mind, Barber tried using some slow-motion shots.

“I really like that moment where you come in and it’s like the world has slowed down,” she explains. “You’re seeing this beautiful but also kind of terrible thing happening, and you’re into it, and you’re questioning yourself. The camera that we were using only had the capacity to do 40 frames per second when I really wanted 120, so I’m not sure quite how floaty and dreamy it’s going to look, but I really hope that we captured that moment because that’s what I think is fun and hot and dirty: just coming in and seeing Max’s perfect, beautiful cock repeatedly slamming into Ryan Keely’s absolutely gorgeous mouth.

“I’m very grateful to Adult Time for bankrolling it,” Barber adds. “And the sex was really fucking great!”

She credits DP Joel Sinclair as another key collaborator.

“I love Joel,” says Barber. “He’s really cool. He’s a second-generation pornographer, as I think his parents were distributors. What I really like about working with Michael and Siouxsie and their crew is that everybody wants to be there, and they want to do their absolute best. Joel just really embodies that.

“As the DP, he’ll do anything to make the shot good,” she marvels. “I’ve seen him climb up on things and hold things up with his arms, so he’s very physical and he always has good suggestions. He’ll take little shots to show me afterwards. I think we first met on a Vixen set, but he’s worked for everybody and I love working with him.”

Barber notes that Keely picked out the wardrobe.

“Costumes are her thing, because she has so much stuff!” Barber laughs. “I’m really glad she was involved because she also wants to make each production the best it possibly can be.”

“She wore this beautiful sparkly thing, and I had just got this really slutty little white dress sent to me from a custom order, so I just wore that,” she adds. “It’s very tight.”

In order to properly celebrate the release of her birthday video and promote it online, Barber made sure to take a bunch of BTS videos on her phone.

“I talked to both Lauren Phillips and Ariel Demure, who have directed for Adult Time,” she says. “They both said, ‘You’re going to have to promote it, and that’s going to be on you. So have your freaking phone in your hands and record things!’ Which I did. So I’m going to be releasing a lot of stuff on social media, and maybe I’ll try to do a watch-along or something with my fans.”

Barber’s husband is a photographer and has helped her shoot in the past, though he wasn’t involved in this shoot.

“He decided to go back and be a ‘normie’ and work in corporate America again,” she laughs. “But he and I are both into film gear and we’ve been together for a very long time. So we both buy each other film gear, and I’m never sure if I bought something for him or if he bought it for me. I have this really nice all-glass 85 mm lens that I don’t use enough, and I have this 100 mm macro lens — that was a good present, though I’m not sure if it was for my birthday or for Christmas… or if I bought it for him! Either way, I really love it.”

While Barber counts herself a movie buff, she says she doesn’t watch a lot of new movies.

“Lately, I’ve started getting into dark fantasy films from Eastern Europe,” she says. “‘V’ is good. ‘The Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors’ is good. ‘Rusland and Ludmila’ was great. Weird, but great. I highly recommend that one. And I’ve got this 1972 version of ‘The Little Mermaid’ on my docket, which I’m really looking forward to watching.”

At 40, Barber remains in great shape, which she attributes to calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, as well as eating a lot of protein.

She also keeps her social media diet manageable, sticking to OnlyFans and her own website, Pampered Penny, so that fans don’t have to track her across a dozen different platforms.

“I like to keep it easy and keep it tight,” she explains.

Barber plans to spend her birthday with fellow performer Little Puck.

“I started seeing her not too long ago, so I’m sort of focusing on my relationship with her right now,” she reveals. “I just want to do something low-key, but she keeps saying we’re going to do something, and I know she has something special planned. We’ll probably just have dinner and then go screw, but maybe she can talk her boyfriend into doing pushups while I watch or something. That would be fun!”

Barber teases that she and Little Puck are making plans for a “really big, crazy shoot,” but she does not want to reveal any details just yet.

“It’s very ambitious and we don’t want to jinx it,” she says.

In the meantime, Barber shares, she also would not say no to a “princess cake” for her 40th.

“I want the green fondant icing all over it,” she confides. “And raspberry jelly in there.”

Looking back on past milestones, Barber recalls that her 21st birthday was a lot of fun.

“Or at least, what I can remember of it,” she says. “To be honest, I’m a little bit of a nerd. I remember one year, we played the role-playing game 7th Sea, which is like Dungeons & Dragons but with pirates, so it’s very swashbuckly and it uses a d10 system instead of a d20 system. We played that, and then we did karaoke, and I threw up in the sink.”

Looking ahead to the next milestone, Barber promises to do a special shoot for her 50th birthday — ideally involving a bunch of 25-year-olds.

“If I put my mind to it, I think I could do it,” she vows. “I’m certainly going to try.”

What’s clear is that Barber shows no signs of slowing down and plans to continue performing for as long as possible.

“I’ve been doing it since 2003, and I don’t know why I would ever stop doing this,” she affirms. “I mean, something terrible might happen to me where I can’t do it anymore. But barring that, I’d love to do this forever.”

Surely, her millions of fans hope that her birthday wish comes true.
