Keisha Gray, Angela White, Octavia Red, and Blake Blossom. These are the well-endowed women who have played the character of “Titwoman” for Elegant Angel.
But in 2026, the studio bestowed the coveted title upon Hailey Rose for the upcoming, aptly titled, “Titwoman: A Hailey Rose Showcase.”
Rose has shot for Elegant Angel in the past, including last year’s feature, “Gamer Girls Behaving Badly.” But this is her first showcase for the studio.
“Earlier this year, I had a meeting with Elegant Angel where they offered to do the ‘Titwoman’ showcase, which was super exciting because ‘Titwoman’ is a legendary series,” said Rose, who rocks a 28H bust. “I know there are also other series like ‘Slutwoman’ and ‘Squirtwoman,’ but I was honored to become the new Titwoman because I think my tits are my greatest asset, so it felt nice to have that recognized.”
Rose was fully aware she had big shoes to fill.
“Keisha was the first Titwoman,” she said. “And it’s a little bit intimidating to follow Angela in anything she does, but I’m also very inspired by her.
“They did a ‘Titwoman vs. Titwoman’ release a few years ago with Octavia and Blake, both of whom I love shooting with because they do amazing work. All of these amazing performers have played Titwoman, so I felt a little intimidated, but also super inspired and excited.”
Rose said that out of curiosity, she went back and watched the previous “Titwoman” movies. She wanted to see how she could set herself apart from her predecessors.
“I felt like those other movies had kind of a more edgy, hard, dominant kind of feel,” she explained. “But I imagined my Titwoman being a little bit different. I wanted to focus on the theme of luxury and portray her as a woman who’s breaking free and finding herself.
“I grew up in Los Angeles, where there are always people around who are richer and more famous, who have it all. And I always looked at those wealthy, successful people and wondered, ‘How do they let loose? What do they do for fun? What goes on in those big, fancy glass mansions that the average person never sees?’ That was always a source of fantasy for me, especially sexual fantasies, so when I imagined my Titwoman, I imagined her being one of those wealthy, successful people.
Rose came up with a backstory for the character — a wealthy housewife living a life of luxury but craving an escape into sexual exploration.
“So that’s kind of what the story is about in this new ‘Titwoman,’” she said. “My character starts seeing opportunities in her everyday life to get wild and fuck the people who she’s always thought were hot and wanted to fuck. So it’s kind of a breaking-free story that escalates and gets a little rougher and naughtier with each scene. We start with the all-girl scene, then the boy/girl scene, and then the scene where she does two guys, followed by the blowbang. We’re seeing her let loose, get crazier, and just become a sexual deviant. I like that.”
Rose self-produced a showcase in 2024, “All or Nothing,” based on true events from her college years. But this was her first time doing a proper showcase with a major studio. She says she felt emboldened to take on the iconic role of Titwoman largely because she trusted the team at Elegant Angel.
“I feel like when I’m on set with them, they always make sure I’m comfortable and taken care of, and that the project we’re working on really aligns with my brand, because they’ve always had a way of seeing what I’m good at and putting me in a position to succeed,” said Rose.
“I just really like the way that they focus on their female characters and make them really stand out with certain camera angles and lighting. They’re also just great guys. We really get along, and I get along well with their crews, too.”
Directed by Mad Creativity, the showcase features four scenes, and Elegant Angel spared no expense on locations. One scene was shot at a stunning mid-century modern house in the Hills near Brentwood, while another was filmed at a home in Malibu.
“You had to drive 10 minutes down a dirt road up to the top of a mountain, but once you were there, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and the Hills, and it was just beautiful,” Rose said of the latter location.
The first scene features an all-girl threesome, teaming Rose with Anna Claire Clouds and Jennifer White, taking place during a Pilates class.
Rose said the energy on set is very different when she’s shooting an all-girl scene.
“It’s hard to describe, but when it’s just the girls and me, there’s a level of freedom we achieve where I can truly relax during the scene, which then becomes more enjoyable because I kind of forget the cameras are there,” she said. “Which isn’t to say that doesn’t happen when I’m working with male talent, but it’s usually much easier to hit that flow state with girls — especially top performers like Anna and Jennifer, who are experienced and incredible. They really know their shit, and we were all on the same page, so we just clicked. It was a really easy, really fun scene to shoot.”
The second scene takes place poolside, where Rose wears a revealing bikini in front of Isiah Maxwell. The duo had previously shot content together, but had never performed with each other in a studio scene.
“I was really excited to have Isiah on set because I really appreciate him. He’s a really good guy. He’s very nice and highly professional. He really knows what to do as a male talent, and he’s really good at what he does, so I was excited to do that scene with him.
“We had amazing energy together, and as we were shooting the scene, it was really cool to see the reactions from people behind the camera. When everyone on set is excited, that’s how I know I’m doing a good scene.”
The third scene, centered around a dinner date, finds Rose in a fancy dress taking on her real-life partner, Max Fills, and Alex Mack, both in suits.
“It was fun to dress up a little bit fancy and then get a little messy,” said Rose, who revealed that she actually shot the scene first.
“I was actually pretty nervous on day one, but B/B/G scenes are some of my favorites to shoot because I love being the center of attention, so it was awesome, and it really helped set the tone.”
Of course, working with Fills surely helped.
“I really love working with him because, obviously, we know each other so well,” said Rose. “He knows exactly how to get me in the right mood to perform well. He knows my best angles and how to really show me off on camera, so it’s always an asset having him around because he just knows where to place me and how to fuck me in a way that looks really good.
“We’ve done a lot of professional scenes together, and I always get worried that people are gonna get tired of seeing us together, but the response from fans is always so positive. They love seeing us together, especially because Max knows how to make me squirt, so that’s always fun. And it’s always great having him around because he’s my hype man and he always makes me feel really good.”
The fourth scene, which hasn’t been shot yet, will feature a blowbang — Rose’s first. While she admits she isn’t sure what the key to shooting a blowbang is, she’s been studying several of them in preparation.
“One of the things I noticed about the more memorable ones is a variety of positioning,” she explained. “It’s fun to get creative, right? Because if the girl’s just on her knees the whole time, that can be stagnant. So I’ve been watching some scenes where the girl gets put in different crazy positions, like being picked up and flipped upside down to suck dick. I know that kind of relies on the strength of the male talent because they’d have to move me around. In general, though, enthusiasm and energy are always very important, so I’m looking forward to casting that because I want to get some very enthusiastic guys.”
The feature has a planned late-summer release window. Rose can’t hide her excitement over the project.
“I just feel like I’m on such a high with the showcase,” she said. “I think it’s gonna be something that my fans really love because obviously, my fans love my tits. And this is really a big homage to everything titty. We’ve done a lot of like titty fucking, a lot of titty play, and that type of stuff, so honestly, I’m just really excited for the fans to see it because I think they’re gonna love it. I think it’s going to become one of my more memorable releases. And I hope this gives some energy to the ‘Titwoman’ legacy so that there’s more ‘Titwoman’ to come.”
