LAS VEGAS — Zoey Uso has made her debut at GoonMuse in a new scene featuring Zac Wild, titled “Zoey Uso Gets Oiled Up to Squirt, Goon + Cum for a Huge Facial.”

The scene opens with Uso “wearing a floral bra-and-panty set, black fishnet socks with black stripper heels, black nerdy glasses, and ponytails,” the synopsis reveals. “Zac starts by oiling up her massive rack as Zoey bounces and shows off her incredible tits. Next, he covers her big, round ass in oil, and Zoey removes her panties before twerking and mesmerizing viewers. Zoey then drops to her knees to give Zac a sloppy BJ, and he fucks her until she squirts. It all ends in a huge money shot on her legendary chest.”

Uso enthused about the release.

“I love my gooner fans, so of course I jumped at the chance to film with Zac for GoonMuse,” she said. “This scene is pure fire and then some. It has everything from oil to twerking to hot sex that had me orgasming so many times I lost count. You need to see this scene.”

The scene is streaming on GoonMuse.

SACRAMENTO, Cal. — Governor Gavin Newsom has signed into law a bill to impose tighter compliance standards for user-generated content (UGC) on adult websites accessible in California.

As XBIZ reported last month, when the California state legislature approved the new law, AB 1705 goes beyond federal 2257 regulations, imposing significant new obligations for adult sites that permit users or creators to upload content.

Site operators will now have to require users to submit an email address, along with a statement certifying — under penalty of perjury — that each individual depicted in the content was not a minor at the time the content was created, consented to being depicted in the content, and consented to the content being uploaded to the website. Site operators will also have to verify each user’s email address before permitting uploading, and retain the statement and information for at least seven years.

Sites and uploaders will be subject to civil actions by depicted individuals for damages of up to $75,000 per violation, along with punitive damages and legal fees. Public prosecutors can bring civil actions, and seek penalties of $25,000 per violation along with other relief and fees.

If adult content does not conform to the new regulations, then each day such content is displayed will constitute a separate violation of the law.

The new law takes effect Jan. 1.

LONDON — The U.K. will soon begin enforcement of a new law criminalizing depictions of “non-fatal strangulation” in adult content, according to a Ministry of Justice official.

The U.K.’s Crime and Policing Bill, passed by Parliament in April, made possessing or publishing “pornographic images of strangulation or suffocation” a priority offense under the Online Safety Act (OSA). Possession of such material could lead to up to two years in prison, while publication could result in sentences up to five years. However, enforcement of the new law has remained on hold pending an official start date.

Last month, Baroness Gabrielle Bertin, a Conservative member of the House of Lords, queried the government about when the new law would come into effect. Bertin served as independent lead reviewer on an influential February 2025 report that recommended banning adult content deemed “degrading, violent and misogynistic.” The report lent momentum to the drive toward a “choking” ban, for which Bertin successfully advocated in Parliament.

Lord Gerard Lemos, who serves as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State with the Ministry of Justice, responded: “The Government is working with law enforcement and other partners and will bring the remaining provisions into force as quickly as practicable. We are progressing work to bring these offences into force this autumn, balancing speed with operational considerations and wider system impacts. We will clearly communicate to the public when these measures are commenced.”

An autumn start date would mean enforcement could begin anytime before Dec. 21.

U.K. media regulator Ofcom, which enforces the Online Safety Act, has been awaiting guidance from the government on exactly how the new provision is to be implemented. It remains unclear what specific criteria might be used for assessing whether an image or video violates the law, whether Ofcom will be the sole investigator/enforcer of the law or if other agencies might be involved, and whether there will be an official procedure or series of steps for investigations and enforcement actions, as has been the case with enforcement of OSA age assurance rules.

The amended Crime and Policing Bill also bans publication or possession of sexual content in which adults portray characters under 16. That provision is also awaiting an enforcement date.
