LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures has released “I’m Your New Business Partner,” the first scene of Seth Gamble’s new series “Reckless.”

Produced by Axel Braun, Reckless is an eight-scene series starring, as well as written and directed by, reigning XBIZ Male Performer of the Year Gamble.

The debut scene introduces Gamble as Silas Knight, a racing enthusiast and tech genius who finds himself enmeshed in a web of greed and betrayal after he creates a chip that radically improves car performance. Everyone,  from his true love Harlow Knight (Ivy Wolfe) to corrupt detective Matteo Bennett (Lexington Steele), wants what Knight has.

As Episode 1 opens, the tech entrepreneur and his wife are defying rogue cops and an insidious associate from the past.

“Within moments, ‘Reckless’ begins artfully weaving together the realms of suspense, romance and erotica with the indomitable spirit of a road movie,” the synopsis reveals.

Gamble explained that in his new road-movie-inspired title, the leading couple’s emotions play out so realistically that each fleeting moment with them reveals a wealth of intricate details.

“I went for very naturalistic dialogue, but with subtleties to suggest half-revealed secrets,” Gamble said. “When all the evidence of a crime points to Silas, Harlow has to make a decision. Broke and desperate to help him clear his name, she throws herself upon the mercy of his former lover, Avenna Morretti (Kenzie Anne), daughter of gambling boss Dino Morretti (Axel Braun).”

In addition to Wolfe, Braun, Kenzie Anne and Gamble — for the first time playing the lead in a feature that he also wrote and directed — the ensemble cast features Kenna James, Tommy Pistol, Ryan Reid, August Skye, Nicole Doshi, Nathan Bronson, David Lee and many others.

The director praised his “bucket list” cast, noting that their ability “to infuse specificity into their characters, allowing the audience to find them menacing or devious or innocent, mirrors the types of interactions we may have with strangers every day of our lives. We are granted mere fragments, offered mere glimpses into their lives, but with talent of this caliber, the emotional reality feels authentic.”

Wolfe, Gamble added, excelled in her role as Harlow Knight.

“The chemistry and passion we shared while working together were beyond words,” he enthused. “She possesses that special quality that shines on camera, particularly in her delivery of dialogue. The sex is filled with intense intimacy. It evoked a genuine vulnerability in both of us, creating a deeply impactful experience.”

For her part, Wolfe described the project as “inspiring, evocative, boundary pushing and elevating.”

“Seth stands strong and creates an environment in which the actors really get to bring out their depth,” she added. “His passion inspires. I got to really challenge myself, and I am honored to be a part of this.”

HOLLYWOOD — Paraphrasing the great 2Pac, much like California, the Brazzers crew knows how to party — and how to throw a party.

In what has become a Spring tradition in the annual porn calendar, the “ZZ” studio organized its now annual Brazzers Industry Social on Thursday evening at one of Hollywood’s trendiest rooftop bars, Grandmaster Recorders on Cahuenga Blvd.

The MindGeek-owned brand, ubiquitous to everyone familiar with online porn — meaning, to literally everyone — spared no expenses to offer a contained, safe playground for pretty much every major adult performer currently in Los Angeles.

After accessing Grandmaster Recorders’ vintage vinyl-themed lobby — the venue used to be an iconic Hollywood recording studio where No Doubt, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kanye West and others laid tracks — the guests were whisked up to the rooftop, where a red carpet led to a full open bar, a t-shirt printing press, an area with musical instruments for photo ops, and a glittering bathroom under the familiar heart-of-showbiz skyline.

To the tune of a roving saxophonist who ambled among the crowd wielding a neon-lit instrument, top performers, agents, journalists, and other industry insiders enjoyed an evening like only a powerhouse like Brazzers can provide as a status flex.

The likes of Angela White, Keiran Lee, Asa Akira, Kira Noir, Alexis Fawx, Holly Randall, Ricky Johnson, and reigning XBIZ Performers of the Year Cherie DeVille, Vanna Bardot, Seth Gamble and Nicole Doshi provided maximum star power alongside a veritable who’s-who of the industry’s boldface names.

As the evening progressed and the crowd enjoyed sophisticated hors d’oeuvres and every imaginable cocktail, the attendees could be seen networking — even after hours, Los Angeles is never not a workplace —  reconnecting with old friends and colleagues, making new acquaintances, shooting Instagram-ready selfies, grooving to the Brazzers DJs and taking advantage of every inch of the Grandmaster Recorders rooftop for opportunities and merriment.

The revelry went into the first hours of Friday, although many of the attendees told XBIZ they had early morning calls to be on set. This is the industry that never sleeps, although it’s also not likely to pass up on a fully-comped shindig.

A universal sentiment was expressing gratitude to Brazzers and associated talents, crew, staff and reps for using their considerable clout to give everyone a chance to mingle in a festive environment and let their hair down outside the more usual routines of set work or content collabs.

LOS ANGELES — The Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Collective — in collaboration with SWOP LA, The Sidewalk Project, PASS Certified, Kink Out Events, Strippers United, The Museum of Contemporary Art and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health — will celebrate International Whores Day by hosting a comprehensive health fair at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA on Friday, June 2.

The event will take place between noon and 5 p.m.

The theme of this year’s event will be “Sex Workers’ Health: From Surviving to Thriving,” a twist on the usual protest-meets-celebration.

The health-and-safety-focused wellness and resource fair expands access to racially concordant, trauma-informed, sex work- and LGBTQ+ inclusive holistic practitioners, medical providers and mental health care.

BIPOC Collective founder and Director Sinnamon Love explained that over the past year the organization has provided crisis management and direct service referrals to community members with the most pressing needs.

“We stay committed to doing this work through partnerships with organizations like SWOP LA, The Sidewalk Project and PASS,” Love said. “I’m thrilled this year’s IWD event serves as a ‘party with a purpose’ to get sex workers tested, insured, connected with resources and vaccinated against MPox just as Pride season begins.”

The program will include information sharing, mental health referrals, Medicaid enrollment navigation and mobile health clinics, interspersed with wellness activities such as yoga led by Thick Girl Yoga LA, a self-defense class with Vanessa Carlisle of Hooker’s Army and a sound bath with Erotic Medusa.

The afternoon will also feature pole-dancing organized by Strippers United and DJ sets from EthicalDrvgs, Star Ah-Mer-Ah-Su, Succubus Tony, Ly Tran and Eva Myra May.

The Sidewalk Project representative Soma Snakeoil said, “Sex workers are among the most marginalized people in the world, and criminalization leaves them vulnerable to predators. We are committed to empowering sex workers with resources, public health access and education. We believe in support, not salvation.”

Over 30 vendors will be present at this year’s event, including St. John’s Transgender Health Program, Avril Heals, East LA Women’s Center, Fire & Flow Therapy, Total Testing Solutions, MPower, Trans Migrant Support CA, The Cupcake Girls, Sunday Faire, Templerotica, Pansey Esthetics, SWAID, evan mccrary, Stripper’s Co-op, East LA Women’s Center and CAST-LA.

The 2023 IWD Health and Resource Fair is supported by donations, grants and sponsorships from Third Wave Fund, Emergent Fund, CAST-LA and The Black Erotica Archive.

In “Wife Pleasers Vol 1,” for Adam & Eve, Love stars alongside Lauren Phillips, Charles Dera and Ryan McLane in a compilation DVD.

MONTREAL — Nico Coopa and Tony Genius star in “The End,” the latest release from Disruptive Films.

Directed by Jessica Jasmin, “The End” features Coopa and Genius “as roommates who are jolted to the core when an emergency nuclear alert warns them of imminent danger,” said a rep. “They don’t know what the fuck to do, but know that they should be fucking.”

Coopa enthused about the project.

“‘The End’ was such a fun experience; this was my first time meeting the wildly sexy and talented Tony Genius, who was a pleasure to work with, and even more devastatingly handsome in person,” he said. “This was also my first time working under the stellar direction of Jessica Jasmin. She truly had a vision here and brought the project to life with her considerable talent.”

Genius echoed Coopa’s praise.
