PARIS — French star Carollina Cherry headlines “One Night in London,” the latest release from Dorcel.

Directed by Liselle Bailey, the title also features Bella Tina, Amber Jayne, Candee Licious, David Perry, John Stwo, Luke Hardy, Max Deeds, Myla Elyse and Ricky Mancini.

“In Bailey’s unique and captivating new film, French ingenue Carollina shines in a rare lead role as Joni, a  young woman returning to London, where she used to work,” said a rep. “However, her journey takes a downward turn when her taxi breaks down right after leaving the airport. She faces a series of unusual events, including a mugging and strange encounters with both shady characters and kindhearted strangers.”

VATICAN CITY — Pope Francis I condemned on Thursday all pornography as “the crudest commercialization of love” during a meeting with students and bishops responsible for Catholic schools.

Francis — the name chosen by 86-year-old celibate Argentine priest Jorge Bergoglio when he became the theocratic ruler of the Holy See and the head of the Catholic Church — spoke during a meeting with participants in the Scholas Occurrentes movement in the Vatican.

The Catholic Review described Scholas Occurrentes as a global education initiative “which connects underdeveloped schools to those with more resources,” which Francis supported since the time he was archbishop of Buenos Aires.

Francis “fielded questions from students and one elderly person connected by video calls from Colombia, Mexico, Spain and the United States,” Catholic Review reported.

Following up on a statement where he appeared to support some form of sexual education in schools, Francis lamented that young people are learning about sexuality from pornography.

“Pornography is the crudest commercialization of love,” he told the youth. “How often, for lack of sexual education, do they end up with the commercialization of love. Love is not to be commercialized.”

As XBIZ reported, Francis can currently be seen in a propagandistic documentary streaming on Disney+ and Hulu, showing the pope speaking to young people, and features a full segment in which an adult content creator tells the head of the Catholic Church about her positive experience with sex work.

Pope Francis then expresses his opinions about pornography, including his belief that it is addictive like drugs and alcohol, and leaves those who use it “diminished as humans.”

Today’s Scholas Occurrentes meeting included a link-up with a group of students in the United States and video greetings from the bishops of several U.S. cities, including Cardinals Wilton D. Gregory of Washington and Timothy M. Dolan of New York, and Archbishops José H. Gomez of Los Angeles and Thomas G. Wenski of Miami.

The meeting took place only a few days after the Illinois Attorney General substantiated child abuse claims against Catholic clergy in the state by more than 1,900 victims.

For Girlsway, Cavalli is featured in the latest “Mommy’s Girl” episode, “A Gooner Like Her Stepmom.” The scene opens with Cavalli finding stepdaughter Lily Larimar watching porn in her room. Cavalli assures her that it’s fine and that she herself used to be a chronic porn consumer, aka a “gooner.” The duo end up watching scenes together before moving to get each other off.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Shay Sights is featured in a new MomLover scene alongside Zane Walker, “Bringing The 80s Back.”

According to a synopsis, the scene sees Sights cast as a fitness instructor coaching football player Walker. Donning a pink thong leotard and purple leggings, Sights lectures Walker about how things are done in the decade before slipping off her leotard and encouraging him to continue on with the workout.
 
“I enjoyed the retro outfit and feel of this scene,” said Sights. “Zane was very easy to coach and took direction well. If he does as well on the field as he did in my living room, he can definitely look forward to a winning season.”

LAS VEGAS — Dante Colle has received a 2023 AltStar Awards nomination for Best Male Performer of the Year.

He has previously taken home the award for Best Male Performer of the Year at the AltStar Awards in 2021 and 2022.
 
“This is one of my favorite awards shows and I’d love to win it again,” enthused Colle. “In 2021, I accepted the award in a virtual ceremony; it was an in-person show last year. It would be great to retake the stage this year with another win, so please vote for me as much as you can.”

LAS VEGAS — Ricky Greenwood has been nominated for Best AltStar Feature Video at the 2023 AltStar Awards for his Adult Time skateboard drama, “Grinders.”

The title features Charlotte Sins, Lilly Bell, Lucky Fate, Maya Woulfe, Nathan Bronson, Robby Apples, Tommy Pistol, Vanna Bardot and Vicki Chase.  

Greenwood previously took home the title of Best Feature Video in 2022 for his film, “The Bargain.”

“This is definitely an honor to be nominated again for ‘Grinders,’ and hopefully, this year, I’ll be able to accept the award in person if I win again,” said Greenwood. “Thank you, ALtStar Awards, and everyone who helped get the film nominated.”

CANNES, France — Quentin Tarantino confirmed Thursday that his next project, “The Movie Critic,” will be based on the story of a little-known second-string film reviewer for a 1970s porn magazine.

Tarantino spoke to Deadline’s Baz Bamigboye while attending the Cannes Film Festival. It was the first time the cult director described at length the topic of his upcoming, yet-to-be-shot film.

“It is based on a guy who really lived, but was never really famous, and he used to write movie reviews for a porno rag,” Tarantino told Deadline.

Tarantino explained that when he was a teen, one of his jobs was restocking vending machines that sold porn magazines.

“All the other stuff was too skanky to read but then there was this porno rag that had a really interesting movie page,” he explained.

In “The Movie Critic,” the porn magazine will be given a fictional name: The Popstar Pages.

Tarantino said that while the real critic behind his new movie’s protagonist, who wrote about mainstream movies, was not known to the general public, “He was known if you read ‘The Popstar Pages’!”

“I think he was a very good critic,” Tarantino elaborated. “He was as cynical as hell. His reviews were a cross between early Howard Stern and what Travis Bickle might be if he were a film critic. Think about Travis’s diary entries. But the porno rag critic was very, very funny. He was very rude, you know. He cursed. He used racial slurs. But his shit was really funny.”

Tarantino added that the reviewer “wrote like he was 55 but he was only in his early to mid-30s. He died in his late thirties. It wasn’t clear for a while but now I’ve done some more research and I think it was complications due to alcoholism.”

The film has yet to be cast, with the director now looking for “somebody in the 35 year-old ball park.”

“It’ll definitely be a new leading man for me,” he added.
