LOS ANGELES — Alisha Adams stars in the latest episode of “It’s Complicated” from TheFlourishXXX, titled “When Your Step-Cousin Comes to Stay But Your Girl Is Feeling Him.”

The scene opens with Darren Blaze “inviting his step-cousin, MassagebyBlack, to kick it for the weekend, like they used to,” the synopsis reveals. “However, once Darren’s woman, Alisha, catches a glance of Black, she quickly shows him she’s interested.
