PORTLAND, Ore. — Everyone Deserves Sex Ed (EDSE) has announced the availability of two equity tuition spots for its spring Sex Educator Certification program.
According to a rep, the discounted tuition is available to sexual wellness professionals who want an accredited certification and need financial support. Applications are open until Feb. 20.
The EDSE program takes place live online and features sexual wellness educators Luna Matatas, Goody Howard, Sarah Tomchesson, N. Jasmine Johnson, and Hodder-Shipp. Topics include gender and sexual identity development; kink, BDSM, and sexual expression; affirmative consent and sexual communication; body image, disability, and ableism; safer sex and harm reduction; and how to answer customer questions effectively, among other subjects.
